at the intersection of talent sourcing and recruitment technologies (HR
Tech).  She is a leading voice in the international sourcing community
and keynote in conferences around Europe.


Karen co-leads the Israeli HR Tech founder's community, co-founded, mentors at Israel's first HR Tech accelerator (AKT), speaks at Castling-Vet, Israel's vet officers exponential Innovation program  and judges in HR Tech startup competitions and hackathons.Karen is very passionate about the future of recruitment and is motivated by raising awareness to the
upcoming changes in our industry.

Founder of People Analytics Hub

Maja Ninkovic, PhD is a People Analytics expert and a leading voice for the adoption of PA practices in organizations. Her passion is in connecting people data with successful business outcomes through the design of inspiring, people-centric workplaces.  

Maja runs Alathea R&S, a boutique HR research consultancy, advising companies on the best ways to adopt/build successful people analytics functions. Maja is the founder of People Analytics Hub, a community of researchers, practitioners and students dedicated to PA and applied workplace research. The PA Hub has spearheaded new approaches to HR analytics, including Spatial HR analytics, Organizational Network Analysis (ONA), Predictive analytics, Qualitative research, and many other improvement-focused projects in talent acquisition, employee experience and people development.

Maja completed her BA in London and PhD (Psychology) at the CUNY Graduate Center in New York. Prior to her return to Serbia, she worked as an analytics professional in the US for 10+ years. Maja is an editor for HR World professional journal, co-organizer of DisruptHR, People Analytics Meetup organizer, and one of the Program Directors for HR Week.

She believes that people analytics will be an essential part of the future of HR and that it doesn't take a degree in statistics (or even love of numbers!) to be good at evidence-based decision making.

People Operations Engineer

Mladen is an engineer who wandered into the world of HR and liked it. While studying Electrical Engineering, he was actively involved in a European engineering student organisation. At Infobip, he found an ideal role for him, best described as People Operations Engineer - the field of People Analytics and Tools.

The field where HR meets Engineering, where organisational and business topics meet data analytics and implementation of new HR software.


After almost 3 years at Infobip, he just moved to another challenge (and another country) - taking care of HR software and people data at GetYourGuide in Berlin, Germany.

Marina Rakić is currently on position of HR Partner for Europe within IBM. After more than 12 years of experience in HR, she assumed the position of regional HR Partner where she works on advisory and consulting of various HR programs supporting executives within Sales organization.

Ms. Rakić began her career when she joined local HR team in IBM in 2007. Prior to appointment as regional HR Partner, she worked as Country HR Manager for IBM Serbia, Montenegro, Macedonia and Albania with full responsibility of setting up local HR department, after which she assumed several regional HR roles in South-East Europe and Central-Eastern Europe.

Ms. Rakić was born in 1983 in Belgrade, Serbia. She holds Bachelor of Science degree in financial management from Singidunum University in Belgrade.
